Orders are confirmed by email, and a team member will provide an update or tracking within 1–2 business days. In-stock items ship immediately, while made-to-order pieces take about 4–6 weeks (rings 4–6 weeks; custom pieces 6–8 weeks after artwork approval). Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of the shipping window notice; after that, all sales are final.

Domestic and international orders ship via insured FedEx air for a $150 flat rate with signature required, and international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes
